Disaster Support Services

Emergency Call Center Services

Aviem International, Inc. offers emergency call center services for our airline clients who are interested in high quality, cost effective services that meet or exceed the requirements established by the Aviation Disaster Family Support Act of 1996 and the Foreign Air Carrier Family Support Act of 1997.

What we provide
1. A toll-free 800 number for inclusion in your press releases to the media/public.
2. Activation within 30 minutes of your notification to activate.
3. Upon receipt of your initial passenger manifest we can inform family members whether or not a family member’s name is listed on the manifest.
4. Upon receipt of your confirmed manifest, we will begin the continuous process of notifying family members of those passengers on the flight.
5. Travel and other logistical arrangements for families wishing to travel to the accident site.
6. Coordination with the Family Assistance Center established at the accident site to ensure full support for families.
7. Full support for those families choosing not to travel to the accident site and daily updates to those families as required by the Aviation Disaster Act.
8. Full telephone support to families even after the Family Assistance Center is closed for as long as you need us to remain open.
