This special One-Day Workshop is designed to provide participants with crucial information needed for your emergency response and family assistance plan. Plan elements that are critical to the success of any response will be covered with an emphasis on HOW important tasks will be accomplished in your plan and not just what has to be done. Actual recent case studies will be used as part of the discussion to illustrate the importance of various elements of a robust ER and Family Assistance Plan. The latest information on Human Services Response™ will also be covered and will include new video clips from actual families and survivors of accidents and disaster and the latest research on the importance of a company's response to an accident.
